WHAT IS LUXURY ESSENTIAL PL?

Founded in early 2019, Luxury Essential PL has now in business - selling, stocking and sourcing the latest and exclusive footwear. We are your go to retailer of the latest and most exclusive stock.

ARE YOUR TRAINERS AUTHENTIC?

We always have and will only deal with authentic footwear. Since establishment, this has been a core value. We hold a firm stance opposed to the counterfeit market and guarantee authenticity on every order. All our trainers are sourced directly from authorized distributors, guaranteeing 100% genuine products.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Please place your order directly through our website. Alternatively, should you require further assistance our team can help with the order process via email, Instagram or Whatsapp.

HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?

All items are sent tracked and signed for. Once your order is packed and dispatched, if you have chosen the 2-5 days postal option at checkout, this is the estimated delivery time. If you choose the express 1-3 days option at checkout, this will be the estimated delivery time.

Please note we ask for 1-3 days to dispatch your item, we do not dispatch on weekends.

Once your order is dispatched you will be provided with a tracking code via email.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept a range of secure payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal, to ensure a convenient and safe shopping experience. We take your personal information and security online very seriously. For your protection, cards must be authorised. Occasionally, cards may be declined for a number of reasons – please contact your bank for more details if this happens.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

We accept returns and exchanges (subject to availability). If you are unhappy with the item/ items in your order, a return or exchange can be requested within 7 days of receiving your item. Past the 7 day window after receiving your item, a return cannot be requested. 

We do not offer exchanges or returns on orders outside of NI, ROI or the UK.

To request a return, please contact us via email.

All items must be returned new and in the same condition (with tags etc.) that they arrived to you as the buyer - we will not accept returns for an item that has been used or worn.

We do not provide free returns, you as the buyer must return the item at your own cost using a tracked and signed for postage option, fully insured at the value of the item. We will not be held responsible for any return items lost in transit.

Please note: if the item arrives to us with tags not attached or item appears worn in any way we will not be able to process a refund and will send the items back to you at your own cost.

We do not offer returns on items that have been specifically sourced in at a customers request.
